Working on the WFL tournament in Los Angeles together with RWS was exactly that kind of experience.
This event pushed every strength of our team to the limit.
Broadcasting to more than 20 streaming platforms worldwide, transforming a historic venue into a modern high tech event space, managing multiple zones simultaneously for both the live audience and the global broadcast feed, and maintaining clean signal distribution through a Dante network infrastructure all made this project both unique and technically demanding.

For a recent live show at the Dolby Theatre, we designed and built a custom LED system that allowed the production to run continuously without pauses between program segments.

The main challenge was maintaining the show’s momentum. The program featured multiple bands as well as hosts and solo performers without full bands. It was critical for the production to keep smooth transitions while stage resets were happening in real time. Our solution was a four screen LED setup fully integrated into the stage design and show timing.

A key element of the design was a central LED screen with a motorized rigging system that could be lowered and raised during the show. While hosts or solo performers were on stage, the next band was able to reset and prepare behind the screen. This allowed the show to continue seamlessly without visible technical breaks for the audience.

The remaining three LED screens were used to expand the visual depth of the stage, support the overall visual concept, and maintain visual continuity throughout the event. Together, the screens created a dynamic backdrop that adapted to different segments of the program while also serving an important functional role in stage logistics.

This approach solved several common live production challenges:
• no downtime between program segments
• smooth transitions between hosts, solo performers, and bands
• uninterrupted audience experience
• efficient use of stage space

By combining creative LED design with practical production planning, we helped deliver a high level show that felt intentional, continuous, and well controlled rather than segmented.

This project demonstrates that LED screens are not only visual elements, but powerful tools for managing show flow, timing, and stage logistics when integrated early into the production process.

For the presentation of the new basketball team roster at Loyola Marymount University, we delivered a full LED and lighting design production featuring mobile LED screens, professional stage lighting, and dynamic show lighting.
Our professional lighting design helped highlight the energy of the event, create impactful player introductions, and enhance the overall audience experience throughout the team presentation. High resolution LED screens allowed us to display branded content, team graphics, video playback, and live camera feeds with outstanding brightness and image quality.
